Dr. Avasthi from the Hemenway Life Sciences Innovation Center at the University of Kansas (www.avasthilab.org) has a long history of promoting and engaging with journal preprints (see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29889024) will be speaking about “The role of early-career researchers in changing the culture of scholarly communication”.
