This Friday, we’re going to be experimenting with a bold new format for our Structures Seminar! Presenting the first ever… Structures YouTube Haiku!

YouTube is a fantastic way to reach a global audience with research, teaching and inspiring ideas. This week we’re going to celebrate this by sharing our favourite clips with each other: you bring the videos, we’ll bring the popcorn!

Please have a browse (www.youtube.com) and email me a link to any interesting, educational, funny and/or weird video(s) you think people will enjoy. Of course, these should be loosely related to structural engineering! Short videos (

At the end of the session the audience will vote for their favourite, with a prize going to whoever’s suggestion it was. Deadline for entries is Friday lunchtime!

This talk is part of the Engineering Department Structures Research Seminars series.
