Due to the high production rate of charmed hadrons in the proton-proton collisions at the LHC and the versatile trigger system of the LHCb experiment, the LHCb experiment collected the world’s largest data set of charmed baryons. This allows to measure mixing and CP violation parameters with an unprecedent precision to further constrain the Standard Model of particle physics or to find hints of dynamics beyond it. In this seminar I will present the first observation of CP violation in the decay of Charm mesons and I will discuss CP violation and mixing studies with two- and multi-body D decays.
