I describe an entropy functional and an attractor mechanism that apply to all known supersymmetric black hole in AdS4 x S7 and AdS5 x S5 with arbitrary rotation and arbitrary electric and magnetic charge. The construction is inspired by recent results about the microscopic counting of degrees of freedom for AdS black holes.
