Computational Biology in Drug Discovery

Drug discovery remains a very long and costly process. We have shown that using human genetics may increase the chance of success in the clinic for drug targets. In this talk, I will describe how genetics and genomics data at scale in combination with modern computational biology techniques is driving target discovery.
