We all want improvements to our computer’s performance. We also want our computer to be secure. Unfortunately, some tricks to improve performance open up security flaws. I will cover the different varieties of the attack, how they are performed, how to mitigate against them, and the impact of these changes.

This talk is part of the Churchill CompSci Talks series.
