Introduction to Rasch

A brief review of the mathematical concepts needed to understand Rasch models, plus an introduction to the latent trait theory and the Rasch model for dichotomous items. Main topics include: the link between measurement theory and the Rasch model, Item Charactistic Curves (ICCs), and analysing the fit of the data to the model.

Fee: Free to University of Cambridge staff and students, £30 for all other participants
