The lack of understanding of ourselves as “beings” as well as humans means that psychology has missed important ideas that will enable us to get a more accurate understanding of what is causing human suffering and how to deal with it. This discussion aims to review how addressing ego in psychology can throw a new light on the understanding of common psychological difficulties and help us create more conscious relationships.

In discussion with Konstantina Sokolaki, Chartered Counselling Psychologist originally from Greece has been a student of Raja Yoga Meditation Philosophy for 2 years with Brahma Kumaris and is based in Bristol, UK.

This talk is part of the Inner Space, The Meditation Centre series.
