On the nonlinear Schrodinger equation with rotation term

The nonlinear Schrodinger equation with rotation term has been used to describe Bose-Einstein condensates in a rotating frame. In this talk, we will present recent results obtained in collaboration with Paolo Antonelli and Christof Sparber on the global existence and possible blow-up of this equation.
