We are considering a system of two coupled Schrdinger equations with focusing and defocusing nonlinearities. In this context we observe collapse of only one or of both components, respectively, depending on the strength of the nonlinearities. We deal with some conditions for the blow-up. Finallly, we present some numerical simulation results.
