In the talk I will explain a joint work with M. Kashiwara and P. Schapira, inspired by results of D. Tamarkin. I will briefly recall the notion of microsupport of sheaves on a manifold, which is a co-isotropic conic subset of the cotangent bundle of the manifold. I will give two cases where a given conic Lagrangian submanifold is naturally realized as the microsupport of some sheaf. Then I will explain some geometric consequences of the existence of such a sheaf.
