FGRS Varsity Grudge Match: Part One - A Tale of Two Great French Thinkers (Cixous versus Rousseau)

This week FGRS is set to host its first Varsity grudge match of the year as we welcome two speakers with papers on two great French thinkers.

In the light blue corner will be local favourite Victoria Richardson giving a paper entitled ’Helene Cixous and the Visual’, whilst in the dark blue corner Daniel Thevenon will be speaking on ‘Declamation and Deception in Rousseau’s ‘Discourse on the Sciences and Arts’’.
