Jamie Peck is professor of geography at the University of British Colombia. In his thirty year career as an economic and social geographer, he has published extensively on political economy, economic restructuring, urban development, and labour studies. With his wide-ranging background and considerable experience, Professor Peck has contributed to three readers on economic geography, of essential reading for any undergraduate.
