Not just for biologists

Most students aren’t aware of the full range of summer studentships and funding opportunities on offer – and the BioSoc studentship event is here to help. There will be talks from students who have done summer internships in a variety if institutes and countries, as well as a talk by the University careers service, and there will be plenty of time to ask questions of our speakers.

The focus of the event leans towards studentships in biology, but there will be talks from students who study other scientific fields – the event will be of interest to most undergraduates, and a must-see for biology undergraduates.

Date: Thursday 22nd November Time: 7PM Location: Plant Sciences lecture theatre, Downing Site. [map: www.map.cam.ac.uk] Free for BioSoc members; 1 pound entry for non-members.

This talk is part of the Cambridge University Biological Society series.
