Mark has been CEO since May 2013, before which he had a long career in international development and charity, having previously run the VSO , served as country director for DfID in Bangladesh, and as CEO of Mencap. Oxfam is one of the UK’s best known and most successful charities, and has been at the forefront of the fight against poverty for over 70 years.
