Dr José Silva is a group leader at the Welcome Trust – MRC Stem Cell Institute who focuses on the process of induced pluripotency.

He will be talking about the mechanisms underlying induced pluripotency and will be discussing the possible biomedical applications of iPS and ES cells. This talk will be particularly relevant to all students in pre-clinical years, especially those studying Part IA MIMS .
