Industrial Workshop

Graduate recruiters use extended hiring processes with application forms, competency based interviews and assessment centres. We’ll discuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective employee, explore why companies ask the questions they do and how you can make your responses as effective as possible.

This event is mainly aimed at penultimate and final year undergraduates, but is open to anyone wanting to improve their knowledge and skills in preparation for graduate interviews.

Representatives from BP are running the session but the skills discussed are applicable to interview situations in most companies.

Please join us for a complimentary light lunch at 1.00pm before the session starts at 1.30pm.

Please confirm your attendance by emailing cca@maths.cam.ac.uk.

This talk is part of the Cambridge Centre for Analysis talks series.
