DESCRIPTION:It seems that it is in presence of boundary effect
s that the classical issues of turbulence i.e.\, l
oss of regularity\, the appearance of a non trivia
l Reynolds stress tensor and anomalous energy diss
ipation are the more visible. Up to now the only g
eneral result is a theorem of Kato which connect t
hese different effects. I intend to give some obse
rvation on these issues using first the notion of
wild solution of De Lellis and Sz\\'{e}kelyhidi. T
hen\, to show the robustness of this problem to co
mpare zero viscosity limit of the Navier Stokes in
presence of boundary effects with macroscopic lim
it of the Boltzmann equation in the incompressible
limit. Most of the material of this talk is conta
ined in a joint paper with Francois Golse and Lion
el Paillard.
