One day Meeting (Cambridge Philosophical Society): Synthetic Biology - Molecular Bioengineering for the 21st Century
Synthetic biology is a young field which seeks to apply engineering principles to the genetic manipulation of biological systems. This meeting will introduce the field through a series of talks from leading labs in the US and Europe.
The meeting is open to all who are interested: no registration is required.
Light refreshments and hot lunches are available for purchase at the Cavendish Laboratory Refectory.
Tea/ coffee breaks will be provided free of charge.
Organised by the Cambridge Philosophical Society and the Cambridge Synthetic Biology Society.
