Abstract
Dr Pasquale Annicchino’s book ‘Law and International Religious Freedom: The Rise and Decline of the American Model’ analyses the promotion and protection of freedom of religion in the international arena with a particular focus on the role of the United States and its impact on the legislation and policies of third countries and the EU.
Pasquale Annicchino is a CIRIS Senior Research Associate and a Research Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. He has been adjunct professor of law at Brigham Young University Law School and a visiting professor at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium).
