Biomedical Image Search

Abstract
In this talk I will present Biomed Search, a search engine that indexes images from biomedical articles. The search is performed over of the caption and referred text of each image. The search engine features a simple to use interface with over 1 million images indexed. It is available online at www.biomed-search.com.
