Abstract
Have you got an idea to reduce poverty and disadvantage in the UK or overseas?
Would you like to meet people who have?
Humanitarian Centre is hosting a brainstorming session on Thursday 23rd October, 7 â 830pm, to bring together people with entrepreneurial ideas for alleviating poverty and disadvantage, whether in the UK or overseas. The idea is to encourage people to articulate their ideas and meet like-minded people over a glass of wine.
The event has been inspired by the CU Entrepreneurs Business Creation competition, who will offer a ÂŖ5k prize for a social entrepreneurship idea. The first step is the ÂŖ100 for 100 words competition, for which there is more information at: www.cue.org.uk/
Places are limited, so please confirm attendance at enterprise@humanitariancentre.org
