Raja Yoga is a philosophy of life that is made practical with the associated method of meditation.

This introduction includes an orientation of the philosophy, guided meditation experiences, as well as a chance for sharing and questions.

The aim of this method is to attain both happiness and clarity of mind. It sets out in very clear and simple terms a new way of seeing and understanding ourselves in relation to the world we live in.

After this session, you can receive details to join the free drop-in meditations online twice daily from Monday to Friday.
