The Cambridge University Energy Network (CUEN) is delighted to present its first discussion group of the year, with two mini-talks on the harnessing of solar energy:

1. ‘The role of photo-bioreactors for growing algae as biodiesel feedstock’ by Ben Taylor, Polymer Fluids Group, Dept of Chemical Engineering

2. ‘Solar energy harnessing: PV, dPV, OPV and BPV technologies’ by Paolo Bombelli, Centre for Research in Electrochemical Science and Technology (CREST)

Please feel free to come along and enjoy a drink in a friendly atmosphere, whilst participating in a discussion on some of the work going on in Cambridge into forms of sustainable energy.
