Abstract
Recent years have witnessed the rise of short video applications. In China, only one short video company tiktok has more than 700 million monthly active users, each of whom is a video producer and uploader. This poses new challenges to network management. How to accurately cache hot items on edge servers with limited capacity? How to use data from different networks when they are unwilling to disclose their data? How to make such a complex federated network algorithm lightweight? In this talk, I will briefly introduce our work in these three aspects.
