Dr. Ian James, who specialises in 20th-century and contemporary French literature and philosophy, will be presenting a paper on ‘Seeing Technology Differently’. This paper constitutes a part of his current research project, on how recent French philosophy has taken up the question of technology.

As usual, the paper will be followed by wine and friendly discussion.
