Abstract
This presentation aims to present a thought-provoking perspective on how dietary protein choices can impact both our muscle physiology and the natural environment. Muscle physiology is framed in the context of maintaining muscle size and function as we age. The environment refers to the climate change effort that we, as a collective society, must embrace.
