Using clips from a life devoted to making films about science and scientists, David Dugan unravels some of the secrets, themes and techniques of his documentary films.

David Dugan is chairman of Windfall Films an independent production company with an innovative approach to science and history documentaries. Over the last 20 years Dugan has won many major awards, including three Emmys, a Royal Television Society award and two British Science Writer Awards.
