Peter Head, Director of Planning and Integrated Urbanism, ARUP , will present how cities in the developed world could be retrofitted by 2050 to enable people to live a sustainable low carbon lifestyle and how this could be paid for in a recession. This talk will present new paradigms of eco-city urban development designed for developing countries.
