Abstract
Adrian Levy, a journalist for the Guardian, has spent many years researching how the West collaborated in allowing Pakistan to develop its nuclear arsenal and then stood by as the technology was then sold on by the Islamic Republic to a host of other nations, issues he also written about in his recent book “Deception: Pakistan, the United States and the Secret Trade in Nuclear Weapons.”
