The AI Club brings together the Biomedical AI and Machine Learning community in Cambridge, to discuss common themes and explore different topics and methodologies.

June Theme: Graph Neural Networks

Speakers: Chaitanya Joshi (PhD at University of Cambridge) “gRNAde: Geometric Deep Learning for 3D RNA inverse design”

Layla Gerami (Ignota Labs) “Understanding Toxicity Mechanisms using Graph Learning”
