This session focuses on risk and the part played by instinct in recruiting people. A panel of 3 guest speakers will explore not only what makes a great team but also what makes a great entrepreneurial team. These experienced entrepreneurs will provide practical information on how to recruit team members, especially when there is little or no money in the early stages of the business. There will also be advice on how to keep the team motivated and how to grow the component parts of the team, through effective rewards, communication, etc.

Registration is FREE via our online application form and you only need to register ONCE for the whole series. For further information and to register, please visit the CfEL web site at www.cfel.jbs.cam.ac.uk

The series will continue with a special event on 2nd February at Cambridge Judge Business School. In a change of format, this session will be structured networking to enable attendees to meet with as many experts and entrepreneurs as possible and to focus on how to improve your chances of business success.
