Abstract
Dissecting mobile phone power consumption, Andrew Rice
Reducing the power consumption of modern smart-phones is an ongoing challenge. We built a platform to make detailed measurements of the power consumption of Google Android phones. I’ll describe how this platform works and highlight some surprising behaviour we found.
