Abstract
This Monday 17th November, CUGS is pleased to be hosting Darran Messem, the Managing Director of The Carbon Trust.
As a former Cambridge Geographer, Darran will be talking about how his degree got him to where he is today, as well as The Carbon Trust itself and the work that they do.
This FREE event is open to all- not just geographers!- as Darran will be discussing how students of all disciplines can enter the field of environmental consulting, including through summer internships.
So for a fascinating insight into combatting environmental change, as well as gaining tips and advice on entering careers in this field, come along to the Old Library, Emmanuel College on Monday 17th November at 3pm. Ask at the Porter’s Lodge for directions.
