Abstract
There will be a film screening of Fatih Akin’s film “Auf der anderen Seite” at Murray Edwards College (Vivien Stewart Room) on Monday, March 1st. Drinks and Nibbles will be available from 7.30 pm, the screening will start at 8pm.
I would be glad to see many of you there. The screening will be in German, please feel free to bring along friends who are interested (and know German).

The film has won the German as well as the European film award and was nominated for the Oscar in 2007.
Fatih Akin is one of the most successful recent directors in German film, and his films explore the complex relations between German and Turkish culture.
