Abstract
Bonita Meyersfeld, international lawyer and academic, will discuss her new book ‘Domestic Violence and International Law’ (Hart Publishing). Professor Meyersfeld will argue that systemic intimate violence is an appropriate concern for international law and will discuss important recent legal developments at the UN, European, inter-American, and Pan-African levels. Dr Jude Browne (Director, Cambridge Centre for Gender Studies) will respond.
