David Willetts, Member of Parliament for Havant, is a Conservative Minister in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. As Minister of State for Universities and Science, he will lay out the Coalition’s vision for science and technology. “This government wants science to emerge from this period to be strong, sustainable and effective.” he said.
