Abstract
This talk introduces Improcess, a cross-disciplinary collaborative project exploring ways to structure the communication between performer and computational musical process. It will provide a whirlwind tour of sound synthesis whilst introducing some of the key challenges to achieving this within a live context. The talk will include some live coding and button mashing to generate sounds to dine to.
