Abstract
Please come along to the relaunch of Cambridge Café Scientifique in its exciting new venue – the 4th floor bar area of B Bar Cambridge. Cambridge Café Scientifique events aim to provide a relaxed opportunity to discuss the science that is changing our lives, with the scientists themselves. A short informal talk is given by a scientist who is an expert on the topic to give background and to set the scene, and this is followed by questions and discussion. The setting is informal, the event is free and wine and nibbles are provided by the Medical Research Council. For those of you who are interested, the podcasts from our previous Café Scientifique events are available to download on http://www.thenakedscientists.com/HTML/podcasts/specials/cafe-scientifique/ Cambridge Cafe Scientifique is organised with the help of Cambridge Triple Helix and B Bar and is sponsored by the Medical Research Council. Please note that due to the door policy of the venue, guests under 21 are required to register their attendance with the Café director prior to the event.
