The Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Particle Physics at the Terascale (CoEPP) was established in March 2011 to support and increase research capacity in High Energy Physics in Australia. In particular, the Centre supports experimental physics on the ATLAS experiment at CERN and theoretical physics of the Standard Model. Dief Alexander is the Centre Manager and will give an overview of the Centre. This will not include specific physics research of the Centre, but rather introduce the Centre, how it is made up, and some of its activities

This talk is part of the Cavendish HEP Seminars series.
