What is it that delights users? And how can you measure the ROI of creating interfaces that make users smile? I’ve interviewed experts and users and come up with some surprising findings that will help you plan and design better user experiences and focus your attention where its really needed.

Giles Colborne is managing director at CX Partners in Bristol. He works on strategy and user experience for major brands online and on mobile platforms, worldwide. Giles is the author of the very highly-regarded book , Simple and Usable, written to help you design simple, powerful web sites, mobile apps and interactive devices.
