I will present a summary of the talks presented at the recent ECRYPT II summer school in security engineering. The talks focused on hardware security, presenting many of the attacks on ASI Cs, FPG As, and many of the widely used affected systems such as cellular telephony, auto mobiles, smartcard-based authentication systems, FPGA -based devices.

Note: there is another talked scheduled already so my presentation will only happen if there is time remaining.

This talk is part of the Computer Laboratory Security Group meeting presentations series.
