Hundred-terabit-per-second routers pose unusual computational challenges. This talk is an accessible introduction to large-scale networking today, and how real-world requirements affect the evolution of computational models.

The presenter is CTO of Ensoft Ltd, whose experience includes helping to bring into existence the Guinness Book of Records’ “World’s Highest Capacity Internet Router”.
