Abstract
I will give a general introduction to composite Higgs models. A simple effective Lagrangian description for these models will be introduced, allowing to discuss phenomenology. Pointing out possible signatures of a composite Higgs boson at the LHC , I will concentrate on the role of spin-1 resonances.
