Tim Harford is presenter of Radio 4’s “More or Less” – a program commended three years running for excellence in journalism by the Royal Statistical Society. But Tim isn’t a statistician – and neither is anyone else on the program team. So how do people with a limited understanding of the technical details keep their heads – and their facts straight – in a world swimming with complex statistics? Tim presents a self-defence guide for the statistical battlefield.
