Abstract
Linking science, engineering and economics – a progressive capitalism approach
Inspired by Charles Babbage’s legacy, the Babbage Seminar Series gathers leading figures as well as young researchers from economics, engineering and operation management with an interest in manufacturing and industrial policy.
In this Babbage Seminar, we are pleased to welcome Lord Sainsbury of Turville, University of Cambridge Chancellor, Former Minister of Science and Innovation, and Founder of the Gatsby Charitable Foundation who will discuss Linking science, engineering and economics – a progressive capitalism approach.
