If you have a question about this talk, please contact Julia Goedecke.

In this talk, we wish to discuss the subject known as internal pseudo categories. Our aim is to present it in a friendly fashion and help understand better the homsets between these objects. We will draw from it lessons about bicategories and monoidal categories and address the nomenclature problem that stems from the use of the word “pseudo”. If time permits, we will discuss the possible meanings of 3-internalization.

This talk is part of the Category Theory Seminar series.
