Coarse-grained modelling of RNA and DNA

We present a coarse-grained models of DNA and RNA along with examples of their applications. We use the models to study strand displacement reaction, duplex hybridization, burnt-bridges DNA motor, RNA hairpin unzipping and folding thermodynamics of a pseudoknot.
