Fitness workout incorporating Bollywood dance moves.

Leading the session is Kriti Sachdeva an Indian dance-fitness instructor based in Cambridge. She has studied Indian classical dance, Kathak for seven years and has been teaching in India, Poland and various places in the UK.

Kriti enjoys making everyone dance with her.
