Abstract
The experiences of black and minority ethnic academics: Multiple identities and career progression
Dr Kalwant Bhopal, Reader in Education from the University of Southampton will discuss her research into the experiences of minority ethnic staff in higher education.
The talk will be hosted by the University’s Race Equality Champion, Professor Roel Sterckx
